No. You can browse clubs, their prices and free slots without an account. You need an account only when you actually want to book a slot, so that you get a confirmation and have somewhere to find the booking.

For 60, 90 or 120 minutes. Which of those lengths are available depends on what the club has free at that time.

It depends on the club. Each one sets its own opening hours and how far ahead it opens slots, so it varies from place to place.

Yes, but each club sets its own conditions, and they differ mainly in how long before the start you have to cancel. You see them at booking, before you pay. If the club rules entitle you to a refund, it happens automatically.

No. You pay exactly the amount the club shows for the slot. The club sets the price and Raqueta adds nothing to it.

By card when you book. The payment is processed by Stripe, which means your card number never passes through us.

Clubs commonly have different rates in the morning, in the evening and at weekends, and different ones in winter and summer. The price you see for a slot already includes those rates.

We send the refund to the same card you paid with as soon as the cancellation goes through. It usually takes a few working days to show up on your account, which is on the bank’s side.

Nowhere, Raqueta runs in the browser. On your phone you can add it to the home screen and it then behaves like a regular app, but you do not have to go to the App Store or Google Play for it.

You do not have one. You log in with a link we send to your e-mail, so there is nothing to remember.
