How it works
From wanting to play to a booking
The whole thing takes two minutes and you do not have to call anyone. Here is what happens in between.

Pick a sport, a day and a time
Open Raqueta and say what you want to play and when. You will see the clubs with a free court at that time, with the hourly price. You do not need an account for this yet.
- 02
Pick a court and a length
For each club you see the individual courts and free slots. You play for 60, 90 or 120 minutes. The price is recalculated by what you choose and by the rate the club has for that time.

Pay by card
The payment is processed by Stripe. You pay exactly the amount the club shows for the slot, nothing is added. From that moment the court is yours and is no longer offered to anyone else.

Get a confirmation
A confirmation with the club’s address and a map link arrives in your inbox. The day before you play we send a reminder too, so you do not forget the slot.
Account and login
You do not have to think up a password. Enter your e-mail, a link arrives, and that logs you in. Raqueta runs in the browser, so there is nothing to download from a store. Add it to your phone’s home screen and it behaves like a regular app.
If you cannot make it
Each club sets its own cancellation terms, so they differ depending on where you play. You see them at booking, before you pay. If the club rules entitle you to a refund, it happens automatically, you do not have to write in for it.
What you pay
The club sets the court price and you pay it exactly as shown for the slot. Raqueta adds nothing to it. Rates often differ between morning and evening or winter and summer, which is why the price changes with the slot you choose.
