We are not a generic system
Booking systems are usually sold so that you get everything and the rest is your problem. Then you sit over a setup that asks about things you never deal with, and half the screen is features you will never switch on.
We are interested in how your club runs. A tennis club with clay and a winter hall needs something different from a padel centre with an evening peak and empty mornings, and both need something different from a venue with wellness and a reception on three shifts. The system is the same, but what runs at your place differs.
That is why we want to meet you before you sign anything. If it turns out we are not right for your club, we tell you straight away. It is cheaper for both sides than a club that uninstalls the system after a month.
What to prepare for the demo
Nothing special. It helps to know how many courts you have and which sports run on them, what your price list looks like and whether you manage members or coaches. If you do not have it to hand, we go through it together on the spot.
