One calendar instead of three
Courts, pitches and whatever at your venue is not a sport are all booked and paid for the same way. Reception does not learn three different tools, and your accountant gets one export instead of three.
Who may do what
Reception sees the schedule and enters bookings, but does not have to see revenue. A coach sees their own schedule and nothing more. You invite people by e-mail, so nobody shares one login and nobody has to remember passwords.
Pricing for a larger operation
A venue usually exceeds six activities, which is the START cap. For operations like that we have custom pricing, agreed on how much you actually run. There is no cap on the number of activities.
