Stripe processes payments and sends them straight to you in its payout cycle. They never pass through us, and you are never waiting on us.

The subscription is monthly and you can cancel any time. Your booking data can be exported to CSV or Excel whenever you like.
What clubs ask about pricing
What counts as an activity?
One bookable item. A court, a lane, but also a sauna. START covers up to six, which is enough for most smaller clubs. If you have more, we agree a custom price.
Do I pay a percentage on every booking?
No. You pay a monthly subscription for the system. The player pays exactly the court price you set, Stripe deducts its card-processing fee from the payment and the rest goes to your account.
How does the thirty-day trial work?
You register the club, set up courts and prices and start taking bookings. You do not enter a card at registration. If after a month you decide not to carry on, there is nothing you need to do.
Do I have to commit for a year?
No. The subscription is monthly and you cancel whenever you like.
When do I get the money from bookings?
Stripe processes payments and sends them to your bank account in its standard payout cycle. They do not pass through us, so you never wait longer than Stripe's own schedule.
Is support included?
Yes. We help you set up the club on START too — we go through it with you from courts to the price list. Write to podpora@raqueta.app or book a demo.
Do we have to set the system up ourselves?
You do not. We're happy to meet first, go through how your club runs and switch on only what you will actually use. The demo costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
