The system knows.
The coach has a regular Wednesday session on Court 3. The slot holds its place, so no player can take it. The coach manages their schedule in their own account; you only send an invitation once.

How does the money from bookings reach me?
Stripe processes payments and sends them to your bank account in its standard payout cycle. The player pays exactly the court price you set — Stripe deducts only its fee, and the rest is yours.
I already use another system. Can I switch?
Yes. Courts, prices and opening hours take a few minutes to set up, and then you start taking bookings. We are happy to help with the move.
Does the system handle coaches and training sessions?
Yes. Coaching hours, one-off or recurring, hold their place in the schedule and nobody books over them. A coach manages their own profile and schedule.
Can I offer member prices, or even non-sport services?
Yes. Members have their own prices, and beyond courts, whatever at your club is not a sport can be booked too. Multisport cards are accepted as well.
Is it secure?
Stripe processes payments on its certified infrastructure and your data is stored in the EU in line with GDPR. You log in with an e-mail link, so there is no password to remember.
Do I need technical skills or an installation?
No. Everything runs in the browser, nothing is installed. The basic setup takes you a few minutes.
What devices does it work on?
Anything — computer, tablet or phone. You and your players can get in from anywhere.
