A calendar that holds the whole club
All your courts sit side by side on one screen, and you can see what is taken, who took it and whether it is paid. Reception can put a booking into the same calendar from a phone call or for someone who walks in unannounced. For a manual entry, reception has a freer hand than a player in the app.
Opening hours and blocks
You set opening hours the way your club actually runs, and when you need to take a court out for a tournament or maintenance, you block it and players do not see it for that time. Bookings that already exist are not cancelled by themselves — that decision stays with you.
Not just courts
If you offer something beyond play, it is booked the same way. A club with both does not end up running two systems side by side.
Bookings from your own website too
